What is a DEX?
A DEX is a Direct Exchange, which is when recalibration is needed for your device, you can have one shipped to you instead of having to come to our office or meet with one of our technicians.
All DEX's are shipped out UPS to ensure prompt delivery, In most cases it usually takes 1 day to get your package to any town off the major highways.
This system works great if you're vacationing in Eastern Washington or California, All we need is a physical address of where you are staying.
